Terms & Policy · Consent on the record

Every job agreed to in writing, before it starts.

NuForce attaches your terms to the invoice or work order. Your customer reviews them and consents, and you keep a signed, timestamped record of what they agreed to. If a question comes up after the job, you have a documented record to point to.

The fix

Replace verbal agreements with a signed, documented record.

Your terms travel with the invoice or work order: chemical use, safety cautions, scope of work, and anything else the customer should know. The customer sees exactly what they're agreeing to and consents before the work begins. This doesn't make you lawsuit-proof, but it gives you a clear record of what was disclosed and when it was agreed to.

Documented consent gives you a clear record of what was agreed, and when.

How it works

From terms to a signed record in three steps.

STEP 01

Attach your terms

Add chemical-use, safety, and scope terms to any invoice or work order. Build reusable templates once and apply them from the web dashboard or the mobile app.

STEP 02

Customer reviews & consents

The customer sees exactly what they're agreeing to and taps to accept on their own phone. No app or account is required.

STEP 03

Signed & timestamped

Every consent is captured with who agreed, what they agreed to, and when. It's stored against the job and can be exported whenever you need it.

Straight answers

Common questions.

Is this a substitute for a lawyer or a real contract? +

No. Terms & Policy is documentation, not legal advice. It records that your customer was informed and agreed, with a timestamp, which can strengthen your position in a dispute. It doesn't replace proper contracts, insurance, or legal advice for your specific situation.

What can I put in my terms? +

Anything your customer should know and agree to before service, such as chemical and material use, safety cautions, access requirements, scope and exclusions, and cancellation and payment terms. You can save these as reusable templates per service type.

Does the customer need an app or account? +

No. They review and accept right on their own phone via a link tied to the invoice or work order. Nothing to download.

Where are the consent records stored? +

They're stored against the job and customer in NuForce, with the who, what, and when captured. You can export a record anytime you need one.

Can I reuse terms across jobs and crews? +

Yes. Build a template once and apply it across jobs, technicians, and locations. Update the template and new jobs pick up the current version.
