By accessing or using NuForce, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

NuForce provides a cloud-based field service management platform that enables businesses to:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians
• Manage work orders and jobs
• Track field operations in real-time
• Generate invoices and process payments
• Communicate with customers
• Access reports and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use NuForce, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Free Trials

Free trials, if offered, are subject to specific terms disclosed at registration. You may be required to provide payment information to start a trial.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

NuForce and its licensors own all rights to the platform, including software, designs, trademarks, and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.

6.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the services. We will not use your data for any other purpose.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using NuForce, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

If you process personal data of your customers through NuForce, you are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Conduct emergency maintenance without notice
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• NuForce is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NuForce harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will end
• You may export your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after 90 days
• Provisions that should survive will remain in effect

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
