Profile

This screen is where your business identity lives inside NuForce: your company details, tax information, contact info, registered address, and more. It's organized as a set of cards, and you can edit any card without leaving the page.

What you can do here

At the top, a banner shows your business name, logo (or initials if you haven't uploaded one), tagline, organization code, industry, country, and the year you joined. Status badges show whether your account is active or suspended, your organization type, and whether your public profile is visible or private, plus a completion percentage if your profile is still missing details. A row of quick stats repeats your organization type, tax ID, currency, and when the profile was last updated.

Below the banner, each card covers one part of your profile, and each has its own "Edit" link in the top right:

  • Basic Information: legal name, organization type, industry, registration number, and registration country.
  • Tax & Invoicing: tax ID, tax ID type, tax country, and default currency.
  • Contact Information: primary contact, email, support email, phone, and website.
  • Account Owner: owner name, role, email, and how long the account has been open.
  • Registered Address: street address, city, state or province, zip code, and country.
  • Additional Details: headcount, founded year, state of incorporation, service areas, and an "About" description.
  • Social Media: Facebook and X (Twitter) links, if you've added them.

Any field you haven't filled in shows as a dash until you add it.

Steps

  1. Find the card that holds the information you want to change.
  2. Click Edit in that card's header.
  3. Update the fields in the form that opens, then save.
  4. The form closes and the card updates with your changes right away.

You edit one section at a time, so changing your address, for example, won't touch your tax or contact details.
