Calendar (Events)

This screen lists every scheduled visit across your jobs, invoices, and customers, and lets you filter, browse, and open any visit to reassign it or set up a new one.

What you can do here

  • Filter the events you see. Set a From and To date, or use the Today, This week, or This month quick buttons. Narrow the list to specific people with the Agents picker (multi-select), or type into Search to match on event details. The screen loads three months by default (this month plus the next two).
  • Switch between three views of the same filtered list, using the Table, Calendar, and Map toggle:
    • Table shows a sortable list (click When, Title, or Customer to sort) with columns for When, Title, Customer, Agents, Job, Location, and Type.
    • Calendar shows the visits on a day, week, month, or agenda grid, color-coded by what the visit is linked to (job, invoice, customer, project, or estimate).
    • Map plots visits with a geocoded customer address as pins, clustering nearby ones. Visits without an address are counted separately as "not plotted." This view needs a map key configured for your account and shows a placeholder if it isn't set up.
  • Open a visit by clicking it in any view. This opens the scheduling window, which shows:
    • A left-hand rail of the customer's other visits, grouped into This invoice, This job, and This customer, each with a delete option.
    • An Assign tab where you set the Summary, Field agent(s), Start date, Start time, Duration, Timezone, Location, and Notes, then save.
    • An Agent availability tab that shows the selected agents' existing calendar load so you can judge whether they're free before booking them.
  • Your current view (Table, Calendar, or Map) and filters are saved to the page link, so a reload or a shared link returns to the same view.

Steps

  1. Set your date range and, optionally, filter by agent or search term.
  2. Pick the view that suits you: Table for a scannable list, Calendar for a day-by-day layout, or Map to see where visits are located.
  3. Click a visit to open the scheduling window.
  4. Check the left rail for the customer's other visits if you want to reuse or compare timing, or click New visit to start fresh.
  5. Fill in or adjust the agent(s), date, time, duration, and location on the Assign tab.
  6. Check the Agent availability tab if you want to confirm the assigned agent(s) are free.
  7. Save. The visit is scheduled or updated, and the window resets so you can schedule another.
