Work Orders
How business owners browse, filter, and create work orders in the Service Center.
Work Orders
This screen is where you see every work order for your business in one place. From here you can search and filter the list, switch how it's displayed, open any work order to see its full detail, or start a new one.
What you can do here
- Browse all work orders as a table or as cards. A toggle in the top right switches between List and Card view, and NuForce remembers which one you last used.
- Search work orders by keyword using the search box.
- Filter the list using the Status chips (Pending, Active, Closed, Cancelled) and Priority chips (Low, Medium, High, Critical) above the list. You can select more than one value in each group at once.
- See key information for each work order at a glance: its status and priority badges, the contact, start date, address, who is assigned, and its active, pending, and total invoice amounts.
- Click any row or card to open that work order's detail page, where you can review it across tabs for Overview, Estimations, Schedules, Location, Policies, Expenses, Details, and Close.
- Create a new work order from this list.
- Page through the list as it grows.
Steps: create a new work order
- From the Work Orders list, start a new work order (on mobile, use the round add button in the bottom corner).
- Fill in the work order's details, such as the contact and address it is for, and any other fields the form asks for.
- Save the form. NuForce creates the work order and takes you straight to its detail page.
- From there, use Edit to adjust details, or move through the tabs (Schedules, Location, Policies, Expenses, Close) as the job progresses.
