NuForce is a field service platform that runs the parts of your business between booking a job and getting paid: scheduling, work orders, estimates, invoicing, payments, and your team on the road.

This guide is organised the same way the app is, so the section names here match the menu you see when you sign in.

The short path to your first job

1. Create your account and verify your email.
2. Set up your business profile: name, logo, address, and invoicing details.
3. Add what you sell: services, packages, and line items.
4. Invite your team so field staff can pick up work.
5. Create your first estimate and turn it into an invoice.

Where to do what

• Service Center is the day-to-day: work orders, estimates, the calendar.
• Service Manager is your catalogue: services, packages, line items, pricing.
• Business Manager is your organisation: team, roles, custom fields, promotions.
• Billing is the money: invoices, payments, expenses.
